Our story

Founded by parents, built on community

FC Miller was founded by a small group of parents with a shared vision: to give our children the opportunity to play the sport they love while staying connected to the Tamil community.

Our journey began with the 2011 age group, which has proudly competed in Tamil League soccer tournaments since the U8 level. Over the years, interest from families continued to grow, with many parents asking for additional age groups to represent FC Miller.

This year marks an exciting new chapter as we welcome teams from multiple age groups. Our goal is to continue growing while building a strong brotherhood that lasts a lifetime — both on and off the field.

Mission & vision

What we stand for

To give our children the chance to play the sport they love while staying connected to the Tamil community — and to build confidence, friendships and lasting memories along the way.

  • Community & culture. Keeping our children connected to the Tamil community, on and off the field.
  • Brotherhood for life. Building friendships and a team bond that last far beyond the final whistle.
  • Tournament-tested. Competing in Tamil League tournaments and representing FC Miller with pride.
  • Parent-run & family-powered. We depend on the commitment, cooperation and support of our families.
  • Growing together. Welcoming new age groups as our club and community continue to grow.

What we're building

More than soccer teams

Together, we are building confidence, friendships, community connections and lasting memories for the next generation.

Confidence

On-field growth that carries into every part of life.

Friendships

Bonds and a brotherhood that last a lifetime.

Community

Staying connected to the Tamil community we love.

Memories

Moments and milestones for the next generation.

How we run

A parent-run club

FC Miller is primarily a tournament-based organization. Many of our players also train and compete full-time with soccer clubs across the Greater Toronto Area. As a parent-run club, we depend greatly on the commitment, cooperation and support of our families.

Come be part of it

New families are always welcome. Register a player, get involved as a parent volunteer, or come cheer us on at a tournament.
